cr-1 document qualified since Sep 13, 2023 still at the NVC waiting to go to Embassy for interview

My dad’s IR5 petition was DQ’d since July 2023, still waiting 😢

@Ynah D. We did on the basis that my mom passed (I petitioned both parents 2 yrs ago), but it was not accepted by NVC bec papers are already in MNL awaiting scheduling 😢
