Filing Taxes
I am the petitioner (US citizen) and still waiting for UsCIS approval PD April, 2023. I am almost ready to file my taxes and don’t know if how I file could affect us in anyway. My options are to file as Head of Household (get more tax credit) or Married filing separate (way less tax credit). if I file Head of Household could this cause a red flag when is time to summit the Affidavid of support?

I tried to add the screenshot but wasn’t able to. I noticed above the I-131 App it says “case closed” not sure what that means. My I-765 was aprroved and card has been produced. For my other applications I-130,I-485 say “ actively being reviewed by USCIS”

Hello everyone, just wanted to share my timeline with you guys , we’re doing consular processing IR1
Priority date : 12/22/2022
approval notice : 11/17/2023
NVC welcome letter : 11/21/2023
we submitted all the documents and paid the fee the only mistake i made was submitting the doc in different dates , first document was uploaded 11/24/2023 and last document was 12/17/2023 (requesting a copy of marriage certificate from a correct authority )
we were DQ : 12/19/2023
interview letter received 01/11/2024 and appointment scheduled 02/27/2024 at US embassy in Vienna-Austria

Soon I will travel for an family emergency in my country, i got an AP for only 30 days and my stop is at Vienna airport in Austria . I am using this advance parole and i dont a valid visa in my passport ( europian)I if anyone has used the AP in Viena aeroport, can you share the experience please 🙏
