New card is being produced!
i just wrote a post a couple days ago hoping my 485 being approved in 2024.
i checked Lawfully this morning as usual and there were updates saying my 485 case status changed to ‘new card being produced’!
it did not go to any FO or request for an interview. it changed straight from Fingerprints taken.
This means ny case has been approved and will be mailing me the GC soon right??
I will update once there is any further changes on the status and anyone around the same timeline as mine should be getting approved too!!

Ya casi un año de haber enviado la solicitud y desde el correo de confirmación no hemos vuelto a recibir ningún tipo de notificación ni actualizaciones. Nos dimos cuenta que nuestro caso lo transfirieron a California porque preguntamos por Emma el status, pero allí seguimos a la espera 😭

If I’m ROW (employment based) and Visa bulletin shows ‘current’ for Jan 2024 (PD 11/08/22) what does this mean for my I-485? what are the next steps until I get the actual green card or see some
change on the website? (no interview required, biometrics and medical provided beginning of 2023)

Mi esposo estuvo hablando con la asistente Emma la cual le transfirió un representante que nos dijo que mi caso pasó a California service center lo cual me tomo por sorpresa porque yo estaba en Texa service center no se a que se debe esto. Soy pedida por un ciudadano fecha 11-02-2023 vivo en República Dominicana 🇩🇴 . Tengo 315 día en viaje y aún no me llegue la aprobación. Es esto malo que mi caso lo moviera de oficina?#I-130

I’m in asylum process since 2018, just went to one master hearing and since then no court date has been assigned to me. In April 2023 I submitted the I-130, I-485 and I-765 for marriage. EAD was approved, the I-130 was approved on Dec 21. But the I-485 was administratively closed due to the removal proceedings. Now that I have the I-130 approved I contacted my asylum attorney and he said that I have to wait until I got a court date, otherwise the court will not receive the motion to temrinate. Anyone with any experience or similar case please help on how to proceed. Thank you all!
