Hi. I’m a language teacher with two masters, two publications and I am a PHD candidate that I’m about to finish. I have more than 20 yrs of experience plus speaker in conferences.I applied for an EB2-NIW in Nebraska after 6 months I got an RFE about the 3 prongs. My lawyer does not want me to apply for premium processing. Do you think I have the chance to get approved? Do I change lawyers?

bro, premium processing is better if you have money to spend then why not. but since you got RFE for all 3 prong…. I feel like your lawyer is shiit

EL PP no tiene mucho sentido si de acuerdo a tu fecha de prioridad no hay visas disponibles en un lapso relativamente cercano. Ahora, que hayan refutado los 3 postulados habla mal de tu abogado, pues significa que no pudo sustentar bien tu caso. Te recomendaría que buscaras una asesoría mucho más efectiva. @Johana Almeida eb niw is not about your work and your qualifications it's more about your proposed endeavor that is in the us national interest. it seems your lawyer didn't do good job with your application if uscis questioned all 3 prongs.

hola! seguro tus abogados tienen a alguien especializado en responder RFE. No te preocupes, lo importante es que diseñen una buena estrategia para responder y poder refutar punto por punto tu RFE. Contrario a lo que piensan los demás, si te hubieran querido denegar el caso, te envían un NOID en lugar de un RFE. Ànimo, y diseña junto con tus abogados una estrategia para responder cada punto.
