@Olu Adeyemi Your interview has got nothing to do with your EAD and SSN. What is your concern with the EAD and SSN?

@Olu Adeyemi You can only be eligible to work in the US when 150 days have passed since the filing of your I-589. But if you don’t win your asylum before those 150 days; then, you won’t be eligible to get one approved, as you will be referred to immigration court for deportation proceedings. I hope you win your case ASAP.

@Olu Adeyemi USCIS can’t issue a work permit if your asylum clock/claim has not yet passed the 150 day mark.

@Olimoore 247 Once your application reaches 150 days and no interview is scheduled then you may go ahead and apply for your EAD & SSN.
