nvc move from ankara to baghdad consulate
hi we been waiting since Dec 2021 we are on last stage waiting to get interview day DQ MAY 2023 but I got 2 emails from NVC,first one says case move to Baghdad consulate and second one says BAGHDAD, IRAQ approved your request for expedited processing of your immigrant visa application. my wife living in turkey but from iraq
anybody has same situation and baghdad is faster

hey family wondering if someone experience that interview scheduled and than suddenly got cancelled due to back ground check plz share your experience thanks

Can primary applicant’s I-485 be approved if the dependent received a RFE ?
I have PD 02 August 2022 and few weeks back my dependent received RFE for Marital Status, so is it going to hold my application pending or mine can be approved even depends has RFE ?
BTW my dependent and me both received GC EAD even after receiving RFE .

we’re all monitoring this group so closely 😅 I’ve noticed that for NBC EB1 applications it seems a lot of i485 are being approved around 400-450 days. hopefully it speeds up and it’s just catch up after the holidays but it’s great to see there is some consistency coming 🙏
