i485 NBC processing time EB1
we’re all monitoring this group so closely 😅 I’ve noticed that for NBC EB1 applications it seems a lot of i485 are being approved around 400-450 days. hopefully it speeds up and it’s just catch up after the holidays but it’s great to see there is some consistency coming 🙏

fair comments - it is likely based on those from ROW in similar scenarios to me and probably even more likely me just clinging on to some form of hope as I approach 400 days

I'm also seeing differently tbh, 1000 from my receipt block have been approved, they were submitted around October 2023

I can't handle waiting until 400 days so I'm hoping I'm one of the ones who gets it a lot sooner!

Quick question…. Is it 400 - 450 days average from PD or after I-140 approval? and from where is the average data? :-)
