wow…Congrats … this is the same case my fiance filed for me and at California service centre, …. can someone here clarify me , what’s the stepwise update for form I-129F… right my own is showing @Case has been received “for 3months now….
will there be any update aside this or it will move to their decision ??
also am I supposed to receive the online access code to create account with USCIS or is there another way to create the account ??

as far as I know the case is being moved to NVC but we have not received a letter yet.
I did not expedite it actually! I just got really lucky 😭
he’s located in Thailand 🇹🇭
when it says received you kinda just have to wait. it can take 3-18 months or even longer for a case to be approved. when the case does get approved your American fiance will receive a letter that they’ll need to keep and at some point you will receive a letter from NVC for you to apply for your visa. I hope that answers your question!
