I have the same experience my dependent received RFE in Nov and we submitted RFE in Dec. My dependent is still waiting for approval but my application got approved in Jan. This is because the dependent received the RFE, not my application. In my opinion, your application wouldn’t be hold because of denpendent’s RFE.

it said about 30 days on the internet but my dependent’s application is still on pending.

@jfzurzuzrjc,k,vkhx ufzuzttoxlyd for us it’s been around 2.5 years, we got RFE for Marital Status, we have responded with all photos, lease agreements, bills etc, it’s been 35 days, status is still Correspondence Received
