how long does it take to change from case approval to card is being produced on i-485 it’s been 4 days after approval and nothing changes

hi.. our I485 was filed in feb2023 with PD of Apr2020 (EB2 to EB1 porting), however it went to CRP in Aug2023;with Jan24 bulletin, my PD is current.
I called USCIS help desk to check status.. and they say that my case is in TSC, whereas I did get notices that my case was transferred to NBC in Mar2023. Don't know what this means and I am confused. anyone have similar experience
agent also mentioned that my case was last looked on 23Jan2024.
