i got request evident from them, send back last weeks, my tracking said they got it 2 days after, now have been more than a week still havent see any update… how long is ur response to rfe update after u send ur document in?

@e muks Thanks so much!! That’s so crazy with the I-130 being approved at the same time. I actually chatted with Emma yesterday to see status of I-485 and she said it was approved. However, I have heard that Emma sometimes isn’t to be trusted- so we held our breaths! This time, Emma was really right, where our case was approved yesterday but we didn’t get the official notification until today. Maybe reach out to see the status! Hopefully, you will hear soon!!!

@Ruby Bui Thanks so much! I felt super discouraged because I didn’t get a recipet until almost two weeks from sending it. Our lawyer sent it on the 6th, they received it the 7th, but we didn’t get notified it was received til 2/18! If you have any more questions, I’m so happy to answer anything
