Vawa travel permit
I already have I-360 approved.
Planing to apply I-131 travel permit, never did before.
Which reason should put when they say in the formulary:
“On a separate sheet of paper, explain how you qualify for an Advance Parole Document, and what circumstances warrant issuance of advance parole. Include copies of any documents you wish considered. (See instructions.)”

Don’t write anything if you have pending I-485, there’s no need to explain if you have it pending.

@ال وقت thank you! Do you think I should send the money order? cause I’ve seen online that if I have a pending I-485 I don’t need to pay for it.

l@C D no need to pay if parole when you already have a paid I-485 pending. but if you did not pay for the I-485 and it was waived for you then you will have to pay for the AP.

@ال وقت I paid for I-485 twice actually. when I applied thru marriage and thru vawa.

@C D, wow, then you’re good to go, you don’t need to pay for AP. just fill out and add a copy of the I-485 797c receipt to the AP form when mailing it and then you will be good.
