VAWA APPROVED WHAT IS NEXT ?
Hello, my VAWA got approved January 9 th, 34 months long wait. I got only EAD no advance parole with it. Applied for I-485 march last year, as of now my status is “Case was updated to show fingerprints were taken” and this update was 200 days ago. Please if somebody can guide me of what to expect will be thankful. I don’t know how accurate this app is but it says on my I-131 and and i765 that I am 1st out the people that applied with similar receipt dates. Also on this app on my I-485 when I paid for deeper analysis shows I am on 17 th position also based on the time frames with similar cases , if somebody got similar experience with the same situation, will be happy to chat about it.

Thank God for my Approval
After 392 days of waiting. this process thought me to be patient in all I do in life. thanks to this app and to everyone here that always respond to my anxious questions. I say the God that did it for me today been 29/01/2024 will do it for all of you waiting for your approval. thank you all once again

Accepting a new call during the pending of I-485
Friends.
I know I am going to talk to the Attorney, but I am just throwing my situation, asking those who can share their wisdom/ experience, if they may be in the same boat.
Is it possible/ risky to accept a new call from the other church during the pending of I-485?
Of course, it will be the same denomination, and I will re-submit/ re-start my process for EB-2 (I think). Yet, my previous I-360 was approved with the current congregation.

Hola chicos , recibi respuesta de USCIS hoy y ellos dicen que la razon del retraso de mi caso es por q tengo 2 casos abiertos 1visa u.,2 asilo aprobado, segun ellos estan esperando la aprobacion de la visa u !!! para que??? no se!!! alguno de ustedes a pasado por algo similar ...................Hello guys, I received a response from USCIS today and they say that the reason for the delay in my case is because I have 2 open cases, 1 U visa, 2 approved asylum, according to them they are waiting for the approval of the U visa!!! so that??? I don't know!!! Has any of you gone through something similar?
finally after almost 11 month, my case was approved 🥳🥳🥳 thank you god 🙏🏻
