Update, priority date
Did someone recently update their priority date on their i485 later by using an older priority date on an older I140?
how did you know that the older priority date was also applied on I 485? I personally did get the i140 updated with the older priority date, but do not know if it automatically gets applied to I485
USCIS Letters no received yet
I sent my green card package to USCIS on December 22nd. 2 weeks later, I Got scheduled for biometrics. A week ago, I received my 4 receipt letters. But since then I haven’t received anything else. I am missing the letters with the codes to make the account and the appointment letter… I'm afraid I will miss my appointment and the office is 2 hours away from where I live… Does someone know if I can call, and they can give me the appointment date 😢 I'm desperate.

Hi All,
Can you please share your experience, my case is in CRP since Octuber 2023. Filed in April 2023 and since then in CRP. My Case is always been with NBC, no field office I guess. Will it impact any thing if case don't move to any field office, Can Case approve directly from NBC also. thanks #i485 #Case remains pending. I got EAD and AP in 3 months.
A-Number of NOA2
Hi guys, i am wondering is there anyone here has same experience with me about the A-Number doesn't exist on my NOA2?
We noticed it after we trying to ask help from congressman, and they want us to filling the form immigration privacy release and there's one question about the A-Number.
Our case is we sent form of I-824 right now and we didn't get the welcome letter yet. Because we still wait for USCIS send our documents to the NVC (Texas SC btw).
is it the only reason why we didnt get the A-Number for our NOA2 because we didn't finished whole process yet until NVC?
do we will get the A-Number after we get the welcome letter from NVC?
please help us, we really confuse about the A-Number.

it has been over 481 days since my I-130 approved and been waiting for approval of I-824 since Jun'23. Can someone suggests how long they usually take to approve this? and what is next once my I-824 gets approved? thanks.
