@Kevin Rowe From my observation if you are current they approve within few weeks. Worst case two months. If somehow it takes longer than that, you should intensify your efforts to figure out why it is taking that long.

@Kevin Rowe Sometimes they transfer to field offices which are under the service center which is also an indication that it will be adjudicated pretty soon.

@Kevin Rowe Does not matter. Approval sometimes comes from the NBC itself. If you are current and no issues with country quota etc, then generally they don’t approve the AP and directly approve the GC itself because it makes sense since AP is anyway for temporary purpose and GC is more long term which serves for both work/travel.

AP no use to me yeah as I have l1A and have travelled since so don't think AP would be approved anyway

@Ellie Bdy Yes if you are a TSC applicant then generally they take 10 to 11 months for EAD and another two to three months for the GC.
