Did anyone receive this email from NVC? and if you did how long after did you get your waiver approved? or is this something that you got and years later you are still pending? 🤔

I just gave up checking my status.
Then Sunday morning at 12:55 a.m, I got a text message of approval.
I’m surprised they work on weekend.

i applied on September 11th, got letter for RFE, submitted RFE back, did my biometric on October 13th and next day i got update on my case that case is being actively reviewed. I am still waiting for approval on my I-751, still no answer. What is your opinion on that should i be waiting more than i do so far?

I485 and I130 actively review
Hello members,
on Feb 1st my i485 went to 2nd active review and i130 went to 1st active review but in i130’s case history show “We sent you rfe” on same date but suddenly it changed to actively reviewing . I checked documents tab there is nothing no approval or RFE. any advises ?
