The inquiry was raised by a live agent after I asked why my case is still CRP despite my priority date being current from Jan 1 2024.
The reason for the service request was outside normal processing times by almost 2.5 months. I hope this helps!

@Suhaib Al hi, congratulations! There are two options in service request page. 1) appointment accomodations and 2) typographic error. which one did you chose? The “case outside processing time” option is listed under case inquiry, not service request. can you help which option you picked?

I did use the option of “Case Outside Processing Times”. When I submitted it, I received and email stating that USCIS received my Service Request! So, it might look like an inquiry but it is a service request, I reckon.

I received the approval notice March 2. I think 3 weeks is late for a notice.

@Suhaib Al ohh but I thought it could have been somewhere before your fingerprints which were taken on Jan 19th. My question was, from Dec 2 2022 when you submitted I 485 to USCIS, how long did they take to send you a receipt notice?
which center did you use BTW?

oh I did not read your comment carefully. it was sent around Dec 20 but I received it Jan 3rd in the mail. Not sure why it took almost two weeks but maybe because of the holiday season.
The center is NBC.
I advise you that you take it easy and try to completely forget that you filed. Behave as if you are not waiting for anything. I know how difficult that is to do, but it is the easiest way to deal with anything related to USCIS.
