can you please share timeline? when did you apply for i-485?

@Wish Luck same thing … my wife got approved last week and I’m still waiting… applied together just 2 separate cases

@Wish Luck just wait and that’s it, nothing else we can do. apparently they look on those cases in their own order. My wife’s receipt number was same as mine only last number she had 4 and I have 5. so most likely you have the same story

most likely two different officers are adjudicating the application and one is efficient the other one is backloged or lazy.

04/2019 Texas center,transferred to NBC 01/2022 (Albuquerque USCIS office),RFE 11/2023 and I am still waiting ✋️

@Wish Luck Yes, our lawyer tried 02/24 and the officer requested evidence to expedite. We sent them, but so far we have not received any response from the officer.

@Wish Luck Thank you very much, but all we have to do is hope in God and wait. Yes, the officer does not have any update on the USCIS website that they requested a medical examination. He asked the lawyer to send him the RFE papers that they sent us. He does not know that the medical examination was sent 3 months ago. Sad, they are confused.
