Please never lose hope. Fight for your rights. You can sue USCIS for a delayed case on your own, if you cannot afford an attorney, my friend did it for his delayed case, and got papers within 45 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it, and to get some help "writ of mandamus pro se"

ya he llamado varias veces me dicen q todo está bien q espere , ahora me escribieron q si en 6 meses no me llegaba nada q volviera a llamar, ahora cambie la dirección a ver si se mueve mi caso
