Expedite request
Hello everyone so I applied for Advance parole with expedite request for family emergency. its been more then a month I haven’t heard anything from them i only got they have received my case i talk to them on phone but that was not helpful is there anything i can do to know if my expedite request approved or not. did anyone experience this? anything will help

In just days it will be one year since filing for my foreign wife. I know & understand that they say that the I-130 is the most frustrating part of the process due to waiting but 😩! The most fustrating part is seeing approvals for PD dates that are much later than mine. I know there is an overflow of form submissions every year but you would think in 2024 our system would be faster.
