Do you know what month is Potomac processing now?
we have been waiting for about 11 months and I'm just wondering, since our case still has to go to NVC and the embassy, any approvals out there for march 2023??

i130 timeline
hey guys, we are now just a little over 6 months in on waiting for i130 approval, our case is currently at Potomac, how much longer roughly has everyone been waiting for their i130 approvals, we aren’t worried however they’ve only sent out our receipt number and that’s it, no updates other then the receipt. We were hoping to hear something by now as we sent at the start of August, even just an update lol.
considering filing a mandamus in federal court against uscis!!!
update: due to unresponsiveness by congressional inquiry and uscis we are now considering filing a petition for a writ of mandamus in federal court (suing the government and uscis) for unreasonable delay…. outside of processing times, unresponsive to RFE… and have re-applied for C09-EAD granted for another 180days. my biometrics is also close to expiring for the second time. 💯
