@idk 🙂 🥱 mine is the same , after 10 days still showing new card being produced.I didn’t applied for c31 , but I got my approval notice one week after.

@Noah Henry . no I applied for renewal on January 2023 and got it November 2023 , an February 2024 my 360 got approved.

@Noah Henry Yes, I applied for EAD/AP renewal in September 2023, got vawa approval February 2024.

@idk 🙂 🥱 it means your vawa has been approved. Here is the thing, vawa approval comes with EAD c31 , you don’t have to apply for EAD before they give you that once your vawa is approved.

@F A ; one question 🙋‍♀️ my VAWA finally got approved, one week later got an approval notice, on that notice said , i am not getting any ead card c31 ? because at beginning I didn’t submit 765 c31 base , can you help me I am completely confused now . do i get a ead card c31 or no . also on that notice said from now whatever you want to submit has to apply from your attorney with G28 from , he asked for another 500$ I said I don’t need a C31 ead card .

@hope hope you should get ead c31. Once they approve vawa, then they will send c31 ead. you don’t have to apply for it, it is automatic once vawa is approved. If I may ask, did they write on your approval that you won’t be receiving c31 ead.

@hope hope I’ve never heard people submit for c31. In most cases, it comes once vawa is approved.

@😘 😘 I applied June 2021, I need to make sure is not only my work permit then I can allow myself to be happy, waiting for my lawyer to contact on Monday or later! my work permit will expired April I hope to get new one soon I don’t wanna stay without work lol

@F A I heard C31 take forever to get approved, I don’t wanna stay without work permit I knew that feeling before, so did you get the same thing “ new card “ .. and the. you got approval and work permit right after

@idk 🙂 🥱 yes I got the same thing. after new card is being produced, card was mailed out after 2weeks, card delivered after 2days. Everything took 16days after status changed to new card produced

I know I am maybe still not happy about it because I just saw it on the tracking website and it is not reliable, now it doesn’t wanna show anything, I don’t wanna get excited until I have the paper on my hand, did site things happen with you, I am afraid it is just a mistake lol many people got the same thing, idk why my mind still doesn’t wanna believe lol

I have my EAD C9 and valid for 5 years. got my approval notice one week after “ new card being produced “ still showing that . let see uscis might be send a EAD c31 , if I am not getting that not be worried at all , the only thing was my 360 approval which I got . 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻now I am waiting to get RFE for my 485 for medical exam , transfer my 485 from Vermont to other field, interview end approval of 485 AT End GREEN CARD in hand . thes years what we passed weren’t easy for us . Hope every one get thrir approval soon. AMEN 🙏🏻

@hope hope I am glad you have your work permit, also after how long of the notificatcard being produced you got approval notice! I am sure everything will go smooth for you, yes those years and those marriages weren’t easy!

@idk 🙂 🥱 I didn’t experience anything like that. when I got the update on lawfully, I log in into my online account on uscis website and got the same update. I also check about two other tracking tools and the update was accurate. Overall I checked 4 places and got the same update. if lawfully says new card is being produce, wait for about a week to see if you will get approval notice. Mine was on card is being produce for 2 weeks after which it changed to card is mailed out and 2 days after then, it changed to card is delivered.

updated : lawyer recieved the card just 5 days after the notifications! status still :  « card produced » I have my EAd from c09 so no worries I am relived now
