Hi! I submitted my asylum documentation in 2020, I have not had my first hearing, I have no judge, no deportation, absolutely nothing. I made a motion in 2022 but I never got a response. My lawyer says it's because I don't have a date or an assigned judge. I got married in 2021, I already have my I130 approval but my I485 was administratively closed, I still don't have anything about my I765, it just says that it is being actively reviewed. If anyone went through or is going through something similar, it is possible that you could advise me or guide me on the right path I should follow, I will be reading all the messages, it would be a great help. my i130 got approved yesterday with in how many days i will get my papper documents i have old address and now i already moved to new house
so with in how many days i will be able to get my documents at the old address what should I have to do ?

i got my biometric scheduled for interview in march. IR1 visa Mumbai Embassy.
the biometric appointment show visa priority interview waiver. Does it mean we can get interview waived off? how can i apply for that? also, will it effect my current interview date? we have got the date by waiting and dont mind interviewing but what does interview waiver mean?

my i-360 is pending since December 2020, no any change sofar , my dad is sick and want to go see him , however my old Advance Pro expired, it was valid until June14,2023 . now I want to apply for new one, my mailling address is my attorney’s office address, usually whatever came I picked up from his office.

part 3 is asking where do you want this travel document send (page3 ) BUT for this form there isn’t any option for mailing address which is going to my attorney office address , the only option is my physical address, my physical address is not safe address and don’t want make confuse uscis for my mailing adress . can someone help me by answering my question? what I have to do with this issue?
