@doobsferry $ over 50 months is insanely long. You can sue USCIS for a delayed case as a Pro Se. You will get a decision within 60 days. Read about it writofmandamususcis.weebly.com

40 months of nothing but agonizing pain and just watching my life and not able to do nothing about it

just got my approval days ago

@A J yes I did sometimes Last year, my case was about 33months. They responded to my congressman saying my case was within the normal processing time (as at then, the timeline was 36months). I later got approved at 36months and 1weel.

@tired from waiting it’s not going to harm you to reach out to them. it’s free and you never can tell especially when you case has passed their processing time

32months I’m down both mentally and physically waiting without work permit

i am barely 27 months in and some days i can not even sleep. its should not take this long 😭
