I-485 Transferred?
I have filed March 23 concurrently.
EB21 PD Jan 22.
SRC239008 block
I-140 approved Nov 23.
I-485 transferred to NBC from SRC Dec 23.
What’s your experience after case transferred to NBC? Does the case wait time start over, additionally to the 11 mo. stuck in SRC?
Reading your experience will give some relief/aggravate to this burden.

I applied for premium processing I-140 in September of 2023. within a couple of weeks, I received an RFE asking for things that I had already submitted. it was a pretty long RFE asking for everything under each category of eligibility.
my lawyer said this happens at times when the adjudicator is just trying to finish the week off and buy some time before he/she has to review the application.
27 days ago, we submitted the response to the RFE with even more evidence. I would assume my reply was at least 300-400 pages, if not more, of evidence.
for the past 27 days, no movement.
I know they have 45 days to make a decision, but I keep seeing posts of people getting their decision within a week of providing an RFE response.
has anyone else heard this from their lawyers? And has anyone else experienced this kind of delay to the last few days of adjudication?

Duplicate Notice Was Mailed for I 765 EAD renweal
my interview was completed at chicago field office on May 18th 2022. before going to interview I have got my EAD approval for 2 years. After interview my status for I 485 and I 130 showing interview scheduled. I have applied for I 765 EAD extension as my current EAD is expiring on May 18th 2024. Today morning my case status shows Duplicate Notice Was Mailed
Should i be worried? It is marriage based visa

Hello everyone. My vawa case was received in September 23. I want to know if USCIS schedules a biometric appointment, is it going to be showing in the case tracker or is it just going to be only in the physical mail. My lawyer is always busy and takes a lot of trips. Im afraid if the notice comes in mail and there’s no one in the office. My case status didn’t changed since the reciept notice. I came to the US on student visa 8 years ago and I have never given any biometric to USCIS since then. Is there any way to check online if USCIS schedules the biometric appointment? Thanks for the responses in advance.
I have already applied for my fiance visa and has been approved and our case has been sent to the us embassy but the process is a bit complicated should she fill up the DS-160 or DS-260
