if you’re ROW, there’s a possibility that the 7% limit for your country as been reached. however, the response that you’re not current is absurd. I will say you should call to speak to an agent about this. USCIS are just doing th le most imo. seeing people with PD well ahead of mine and I’m just stuck in CRP is frustrating. just hang in there.

I'd suggest writing to your congress representative. They can contact USCIS on your behalf.

I am august 26 2022 my sr respond said we still reviewing

thank you all for your suggestions. i had already filed an expedite request after the SR and also contacted congressman for assistance. Waiting on what they say to that. i also was able to respond to email saying I was not current and attached my document showing I was current. they responded this morning that they have sent an inquiry to NBC (where my case is being processed) and that I should hear back within 30 days. Uscis🤦‍♀️

@chris will google who is your congress representative and go to their website. on the main menu they have “services” click on that and select “help with a federal agency”. It will take you to where you fill in your info for you to submit your request.
