I had my interview at the embassy today and by the grace of Jesus I was approved! just wanted to let everyone know to hold on. my fiancé and I so badly just want to be together and we shed so many tears waiting for this day to come, but it’s darkest before the dawn. hang on in there people!!!! #k1 #i129f #fiance

Primary approved, Depends Pending for 6 months
Primary was approved in early september. All pd’s are still current, but both dependents are still pending. We cannot open an inquiry as processing times are still normal. However, it’s getting us worried that’s been more than six months since primary approval. (dependents are a daughter and wife)

I had my I-751 interview on Thursday and everything went well, the officer only asked customary questions nothing crazy but she didn’t give a decision on the spot .
NOW I can apply for my citizenship ✌️

The USCIS published today the partial report for the fiscal year 2023 of EB3 unskilled visas issued in consular processing.
Green Card EB3 Unskilled issued per fiscal year:
- 4,310 - 2019
- 5,549 - 2020
- 4,885 - 2021
- 8,894 - 2022
- 5,930 - 2023 (only consular process; nearly 2,000 were issued to Vietnam, Ho Chi Minh must be turning in his grave 😵💫)
