@God will make a way some how Yes, that's why we decided to adjust our status and they approved it in 8 months without an interview.

Ask help from local congress, also you can sue USCIS for a delayed case on your own, you will get a decision within 60 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it, and to get assistance with it "Writ of Mandamus Pro Se"
