EB1 India PD May 2022 - not current
my case is with Dallas field office since Feb 2023. responded to RFE for medicals on Nov 2023. USCIS responded to my inquiry that my case is awaiting for review and the delay is due to high volume of applications. this is the second time field office came up with the same reason. Any insights on this field office? when can I expect my case change to CRP?

INTERVIEW RESCHEDULE - Brooklyn NY
I had my interview scheduled last september and I could not attend. So I requested to reschedule and it’s been over 150 days with on going requests to reschedule and still nothing.
I called to speak to a tier 2 officer, and they never called me and created a WKD request direct to the field office, I am currently waiting.
Anyone with similar experienced and can give any advice? I have trips planned for July and want to make sure I will be around for when they reschedule. Now I am competely blind on the new date and its very frustrating.
p.s. Do not comment (you should’ve gone to the interview and bla bla bc that does not help.) I already rescheduled it and not much more I can do right now.

What do you do in this situation?
What do you do if you're about to file for VAWA and then you get an RFE for your marriage I-130 application. RFE requesting for more evidence of bona-fide marriage (nothing specific, just more evidence). I did include a lot of evidence when we applied.
Should I just apply for the VAWA and ignore the i-130 RFE ? (VAWA will be long filed before the RFE deadline. )
Should I respond to the RFE and then file the VAWA ?
I do have a lawyer BTW, I just wanted to hear other people's opinions about it. Thanks.

I wanted to share a few events that signaled the approval ( not apply to every case, but maybe most of the cases).
1. Got the combo card fairly quickly.
2. 130 status changed from ‘recieved’ to ‘being actively reviewed’ on day of an approval notice was delivered to my spouse’s account. Its status changed to ‘approved’ on my end a day later.
3. 485 had been ‘being actively reviewed’ since 12/13/2023. 485 was approved a day after 130 was approved.
