Did you make an inquiry ? call your congressman for help, also try and write to Vermont directly

@vee k @m&m s no I did not do that yet. my attorney keep saying I should wait. but how do I write to Vermont if I want to do it myself?

As you are speaking to your attorney, contact your congressman because they usually get response from uscis within a short time. FYI, it’s free to contact congressman, just search congressman online and put your zip code, it will show you the one close to you. reach out to them ASAP

@dami Sam I’m about same time with you. when I reached out to my congressman man 2 months ago, he said my case is pending background check. I’m may 2020
