CRP :MSC23903593xx a year has passed pending i485
I did service request, talked to tier officer2 and also raised my voice through congressman but nothing is helping to get my gc. When you have tried all the path and still status says CRP even though you are current for 2 and half months and pd is sept 22, how frustrating this waiting process and life to get gc.

I submitted my documents 12 days ago and a week later the NVC sent me a message to send my husband's tax return 2022, but this document had already been sent from the beginning and we responded to them via Public Inquiry, showing the screenshot of the page with the document attached and we also sent the document again.
Today we received this message:
"To Whom it Concerns: The correspondence submitted is currently under review. An appropriate action will be taken once this review is completed."
Has anyone here ever gone through this? After this message, usually how long does it take for them to respond if the documents are qualified?
So far the documents are listed on the website as "Accepted", but we have not received the message from DQ. A little concerned! :T

Feeling defeated
Spoke to a live agent through Emma on the website today. They told me my interview was waived in September, before I sent over my response to RFE with medical form and full tax return documentation for my wife and sponsor on october 25. A week after they received it, on november 02 an officer worked on my case for the last time. It’s been four months. I can’t help but think there’s something wrong there. If they worked on my case a week later, saw the tax information and my medical, and interview waived why wouldn’t it be approved? 4 months later and no update at all? Please let me know if you’ve had a similar experience and how it went. I rely on this community to vent, because no one around me wants to hear it anymore. I know patience is key but I am feeling so so tired.

My son interviewed has been scheduled.God I thank you I booked my flight to travel back home the ending of this month to see my family and son with the burden of knowing I might have to leave him behind.I woke up this morning to a email saying my son interviewed has been scheduled I'm so overwhelmed with emotions god had done it again .Thank you god ❤️

Today my I130 was approved and we have 1 more form for approval!!!! has anyone had there 765 and i130 approved, how long until i485?!? I’m so excited !!! thank the lord because I have been praying about it and without him nothing is possible!!

Still waiting 😥 They have forgotten to send my case to the Department of State.
Nearly two months after being approved, and they forget to send my case to the National Visa Center. I contacted the NVC asking for my case number, but they still haven't received a response from USCIS.

After I-140 approval, next step for me is immigrants visa processing and DS-260 form. Is it difficult procedures to do it myself? Is it fine if i don't retain an attorney?
