hey guys, I’m curious, how long after sending i130 forms in would someone get an RFE or any update, it’s been a while now and our case still says “ receipt note was sent” etc and I’m kinda curious is something is up with our case etc. Bring on July/August 👍🏼

this is normal. my 130 has been at that same status since I filed 11.5 months ago. they’re taking about 12.5 months to process lately so they’ll look at it then and then send you an RFE or approve you once you get to that point this summer. good luck!
