do you think some laywer is better than others like faster than others? I appeal my case since 4 months nothing I text my laywer she barely answer my text sometimes after 4 days that’s disrespectful for me you eat my money you don’t respect it ? 🤦♂️what kind of country is that?

hi all,
I consulted with Emma about what service center is processing my case, and they told me the I 130 is been processed in the Vernon center and the other I485, EAD, in the national benefit center. isn’t weird? I would think they process everything in the same center, I mean talking about married to a USC

hello guys I just came back from my trip to my home country Morocco and saw my family for the first time in 4years. i was told by my lawyer to stay in the country and not use the AP and stay in the country, but i did it anyways and i m so glad i did.
i spend 2 weeks in Morocco and I had no issues at all coming back to the US using my AP.
I was asked literally 3 questions by customs: what was the purpose of my trip, for how long, and what is my current address. they were very friendly too
it took 2 minutes for them to check my passport and my AP and was told that I m good to go.
please guys you have nothing to be scared of, the AP was given to us for a reason so if u haven’t seen ur family yet do it. Good luck to everybody ❤️#advanceparole #travel
