@Briana D I would be careful with the contractors working for uscis…. the agents answering you on Emma lie quiet often. As an example, I talked to three agents and got three different answers. first was saying my application was at my local office when in fact it never left the service center. They find it pleasant to bullshit people and have no integrity…. on the other hand speaking over the phone with agents, you usually get a more accurate answer. I feel like having them straight live over the phone limits the bs… I don’t even bother looking at the estimates online or talking to Emma…. it changes constantly and you don’t get the truth

the second conversation on Emma, I asked for the date when my application was transferred to the local office (I know they can see the dates) the person said she couldn’t find it… (more or less a lie since it never left the service center) but she kept saying it was at the local office… I didn’t argue and moved on a new conversation to finally have an answer where the agent said it was still in Vermont… and also that’s why there was no transfer date!

@John Smith I am sorry to hear that that’s terrible if they lie and play with people like that 🫠 I actually talked to two different agents to make sure the info the first one gave me is accurate and the second agent told me the same thing. so I guess it is in Nebraska

when we enquired about our service center over call agent told us it's vermont. We filed k3 for noting 15days ago our PD is 17th Sug 2023
