i130 Philadelphia Office - US citizen to parent
i’m a US Citizen and filed for my father AOS and i130 11/8/23. USCIS just sent me a receipt and my dad attended biometrics appointment same month. No update or movement since. They sent him a combo card with his last name spelled wrong, then instructed us to send it back for correction (USCIS mistake). That was 3 months ago... No AOS decision, no i130 status or updates other than receipt, and no corrected combo card. :( is this normal? Seems like an unfair process. Lmk if youre in Philly office as well and your experience.

Hi family.. The fingerprint and biometrics I gave before are already available in Uscis. I applied for a work permit again 4 months ago, but my work permit expired 2 years ago. My new application is a different case. Is this a renewal? My biometrics still haven't been updated. How long does it normally take to update my old biometrics?

I tried and called on friday for expedite and i created an expedite request , they approved my expedite request for me and then 1 day later they approve my case , i would recommend you guys try to submit an expedite request , thank you for your help and im so happy now i will get with my wife after a whole year waiting , and i hope all of you guys get approval as soon as possible , goodluck for everybody ♥️👍
