My interview is in about a week and I will bring my new medical with me because I want to avoid the rfe.

@jet blue after your documents got approved how much time did it take for your interview to get scheduled

@Hope p nothing has been approved we did an AOS and we filed in 2021. my husband is a US citizen.

@Wesli Guzman how long did it take schedule your interview from the time you got notification of interview scheduled to the date of interview?

I received my notice in the mail in 6 days. and it takes 37 days from the date I got my interview scheduled.

@Wesli Guzman thank you. last question did you get an RFE for medical or did you just get it redone?

I just got it redone because my medical were older than two years.

@jet blue we haven’t gotten a notice for interview but after we sent the medical they now requested my husband (the US Citizen/Petinioner) go in for biometrics. have you ran into that?

@jet blue how did it go?! no hubby went in for biometrics on Monday. hoping to hear back in the next couple weeks 😩

@Yesi SLC I brought in two banker boxes of evidence. he didn’t look at them . he didn’t ask for any copies of my original documents. he asked me my full name , my birthdate, my husbands name and birthdate , how we met , our wedding date and if I had a job. he asked the questions on the I-485 and then for my updated medical . he said he needed his supervisor to look at some of the evidence but that everything else looked good. I asked him if I needed to upload more information he said no be I has already upload a lot . I’m not sure what to make of it .
