Case is currently pending because of Security Check
We received a confirmation from USCIS on 07/06/2023 saying your case is currently delayed because the required security checks are still pending. Really trying to understand what this means ? Is it gonna hurt the case or something? or should I be worried ?
We filed on September 2021 and now it is 2024 March !

hello Community. I had my AOS approved last week. Today I asked Emma about my husband’s case and it is in a non local FO yet. mine was in NBC in CRP since sept/23. none of my kids e husband case has changed. Is it normal? Does anyone know how long it takes to dependents being approved?
Is anyone still waiting for I-130 from July 2021?
My file is in Chicago Field office, tried doing every possible thing to move the file using Senator, Lawyer etc but not helpful. Do you guys think Mandamus lawsuit would be effective?

Approved Finally! (Case changed from F2A to IR1)
Texas Service Centre finally upgraded my case from F2A to IR1 after 50 days of creating service request. Approved on same day of upgrade and found approval notice in account on the 15th March, but status changed officially today to Approved. One step closer!
