Green Card is here!!!
63 days from filing to approval. Changed to 77 days when card was produced. Both mine and my sons green cards arrived today!
USCIS did not update case status to give tracking numbers but once card was produced I could see packages and track using USPS informed delivery!
No mistakes on either card. I am soooo relieved to have them and begin life here after an 8 year overstay!!

after vawa approval!
did after vawa approval ? do we have to follow up with us is about I485 !? or just waiting game again ? since I485 in a different office and vawa in another office Vermont did they communicat with each other ? and let each other know about the case is approved ?!
for those that their case being approved ? did their lawyer follow up ? or they just wait until receiving medical ? lawyer said we just have to wait ? I feel like I need to follow up ? she said the old I 693 expired the one we recived long time ago ?

vawa i765 renewal
I put in a renewal for my work authorization on Jan 29th 2024, i765 expires March 31 2024, I am yet to receive receipt notice for i765, and on March 1 2024, I sent a letter to humanitarian services and till date I have not received a response. My employer is on my case to provide a renewed work authorization..
