what was the inquiry process through the congressman

@Jay Lawrence very easy. Just go to the congressman/woman website and they should have a section saying help with federal agencies. Mention your receipt and filing date with a short message and they will reach out to USCIS on your behalf. I was lucky to get a positive outcome out of that as my interview had already been conducted back in August 23.

@tas smith took USCIS two weeks to reply to congressman and they said they will have a decision within 60 days but they gave a decision in 20 days

@H B I heard back from congressman uscis case is reviewing by officer to give 60 days for following up is this the same thing they tell you

did they say it will be adjudicated? If yes, you will get your case decision within 60 days. Mine said ‘U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) records indicate this Application remains pending at the Orlando Field Office and has been assigned to an officer for adjudication. You should expect the APPLICATION to be adjudicated in the next 60 days.’

@H B case is currently reviewing by officer and waiting adjudication we will contact Ms tas when it's complete are for more information at the bottom it say to respectfully give 60 days before following up

@tas smith I contact 25 April but still I’m waiting for ans can I call congresswoman office and ask about ans ???
