@Lil san While this seems like a mountain you will be able to conquer it. Take a deep breath and proceed. As I know it they should have sent you a NOID first. If they didn’t I think you are allowed to challenge it. Check with an attorney before you spend that money to reapply. Any which way I’m praying for your success.

@My P they did send the Noid, so the reason of the denial is because I should prove that I was eligible in the beginning not at the end.
