uscis made error on my case
hello family how are you? pls I need your help.. Maybe some people here have same experience.. I filled I130 and called for interview 2 times.. we went to both interview with our lawyer and things went well I can say. after 4 months from the second interview We got a letter yesterday saying that the I130 is denied because we didn’t come to the interview they scheduled but we went to the interview my wife and I and our lawyer..Monday I will go to see my lawyer but I would like to know if somebody went through this experience and how it solved.. thanks so much and good luck for everyone.. thanks thanks

Just a note I found from Visa Bulletin February 2023.
Higher than expected number use in the Employment Third Preference “Other Workers” (EW) category, most notably amongst applicants with earlier priority dates, has necessitated further retrogressions in the worldwide final action date and application filing date for February to hold number use within the maximum allowed under the Fiscal Year 2023 annual limit. Except for China and India, all countries are subject to a final action date of 01JAN20 and an application filing date of 01FEB20. This situation will be continually monitored, and any necessary adjustments will be made accordingly.

we had a good start of the week, peaking on Tuesday with 5 cases leaving CRP. Monday and Wednesday had one case leaving CRP each. End of week was unproductive with zero cases leaving CRP on Thursday or Friday. Average number of cases leaving CRP this week was about 1 a case per day. On average since early February is about 2 cases per day. There are 121 cases in CRP left. We are looking at June 2024 now if things continue on a linear trend (probably optimistic).
Renewal 131
Hello. Anyone who had a request to renew their I-131 (advance parole) sent to Texas, can you tell me how long it is taking for a decision? I saw that the 131 processing time is 14 months, but I'm unsure if this time is for those applying for the first time, or if it also includes those renewing.

I received a notification of another RFE... waiting... collecting evidence , hopefully my attorney doesn't take a long time like last time. My application is in local field office since November and the same officer who sent the last RFE is the same who sent this one. He wants my current income taxes even though I sent previous years income taxes with my package. I am hoping for the best. 🙏

October 2024 Prediction (old game)
They are in 2020 for literally 2 years if no changes is made until October 2024. If the same thing happens with 2021, people with PD mid 2022 and later have to wait a total of 4 years to file their I-485s. How is this even possible? From Current to backlogs 3-4 years in just a month.
