D160 Is for visitors visa, is he visiting or have you filed for him

if you filed for him you will need to fill out the D260 after he receives the welcome letter and pay the fees

@ Is the i-130 approved already? Is so, the next step is to fill out DS-260 and submit all necessary documents. when all documents are approved, then NVC/ embassy will schedule your husband's interview.

@Fatima A DS5535 is a supplemental questionnaire that the interviewing officer hands out if additional information is needed. You don't need it.
