I131 Denial
Received a denial for my I131 stating that I was out of the country at the time they received the I131 application and they said I did not have a current Advance Parole at the time.
This isnt true though. I already had an Advance Parole that was current though and was leaving the country for work based on that. I believe USCIS made a mistake but I cannot appeal a denial as stated in their letter.
immediately submitted a new I131 application but processing times are now 22 months and i need the travel doc for work 🤦♂️ anyone run into these issues before?

brother leaving the country without an AP it's self deportation. What country are you from? if you're eligible for humanitarian parole go for it other than that sorry bro

if you already had AP , I would still try to update on documents tab proof of that document and an explanation and call USCIS, giving the fact the is THEIR mistake as you suggest, maybe with proof something can be done. Good luck

Send USCIS a letter with your denial letter and proof that you had a valid Advance Parole when you were out of the country
