have you tried to reach out to the embassy at all?

@Annie Daniel @Immigration Guy I have written to them several times and all they tell me is they are yet to receive my physical file. I also wrote to NVC and it said it had send to the embassy. Am just confuse now

I feel like you've done all things possible. i'd check with an attorney at this point. or with the congressman. that's a hell of a long time for the embassy to receive the documents. check if congressman will help first. if not then look if mandamus is possible for this kind of case

probably your case file wax lost during transit to your country you need to seek immediate help

@Pella Ricardo honeslty I was only asked one question on my 1-730 case “ what’s your mothers name” just carry enough photographic proof to prove your relationship with your petitioner only
