apply renewal combo card on December 28 2023 got receipts number and case tracker showing error. same happened to anyone

I sent in my renewal application back in March 2024 and I still did not receive a receipt notice for it. when did you receive your receipt??

apply in December 23 and received in January 24

I had the same problem, I eventually applied for renewal again though my attorney yesterday.
