hmm…I’m a bit confused!:)I applied for my c09 EAD renewal . applied as advance parole plus work authorization. while waiting on approval I got my VAWA approved and got c31 work authorization.
so now I got my c31 work authorization without travel permit and a few days ago I got a notification that my work authorization card for c09 is being produced but my 131 travel permit remained the same…:I have two questions:
1) does it mean I can use both work authorization cards or not?
2) did anyone applied for EAD card and also got the same update only about their work authorization but still received a combo card?
my confusion for the whole process is beyond comprehension 😅.
btw, for those who will be asking I filed vawa in Jan 2021 and still have no notice of approval but got the card. I believe it will take a few more months to get the notice and got it transferred to the GC office

K-1 VISA AOS(I-485)
hello
my husband came to usa with K1 visa on 12/17/23 and we got married on 12/27/23. On 1/22/24 we applied for I-485 but due to the incorrect processing fee case has been rejected for 2nd time. I would like to know if his K1 visa expire and we are trying to apply for AOS does it matter?
I-130, blessings🙏🏻
happy start to the week, I am confident in my father God that we will have approvals, PS April 14, 2023 almost a year now but with faith placed in God that he will do the miracle, in me. and in you, I declare it in the Name of Jesus🙌🏻

Off to Ireland to visit him🥰
My husband left the US in 2022 to visit his home in Ireland, hoping it would be a couple weeks and he’d be able to come back to me. Here we are 2 years later and I’m going to the airport in a few hours to fly to him. For the 9th time. I’m grateful that I’m at least allowed to visit, even tho leaving my 2 daughters and taking off work is very hard, I know I’m blessed we have a strong marriage and long distance has just made us stronger. Almost a year since filing our 1-130, I pray everyday we see an approval soon and this is my last flight without him🙏🍀❤️

601A approvals
Hello everyone, just wanted to check with everyone here. I see some approvals for 601A for this year. Did anyone actually have their 601A approved that filed recently? I know lawfully app is not a 100% accurate but I see some approvals so wanted to ask everyone. Thank you for any input.
question about divorce or getting a divorce lawyer
I have a question? so I received my 10 year green card last year Nov but my marriage it's been two years and months of toxic marriage surviving all the narssist behavior he's been abusive both mentally verbally and emotionally and we almost live like roommates now no love nothing he's telling me to leave the house and find somewhere to go but I haven't saved enough to find an apartment he's accusing me for marrying him for green card which is not true and that I want his house and money because my name is on his property and I told him we agreed on divorced legally, one day he brought a property deed form to sign off my name on deed paper and I refused and said am not signing without court order. I begged him for money to start my life but he won't give me so mybe we go legal way the court can decide mybe to decide property even though we only been married for 2 and half year. he told me filed for divorce already but I haven't received any paper so question do I need to hire a divorce lawyer to stand on my side too? since he filed already

USCIS denied of my I-485 (which is based on approved WAVA I-360) because I didn't submit my medical exam. I thought and was told multiple times that I can bring it on interview.
Can someone explain me why such a thing happened? im about to submit an appeal (form I-280B). but it's just bizarre. Why every lawyer said that I can bring medical exam to interview. but they declined my case. only because I didn't submit medical exam before interview
