How do I confirm my response to RFE was received??
I received RFE for Medicals on May 1st. I mailed my response to USCIS same day, and according to UPS, it was delivered on May 6th. Nonetheless, the USCIS Case Status Tracking page still shows that an RFE was issued on May 1st, and is not updated to reflect that the Response was received. Is this common? Is there a way for us to confirm with USCIS that the RFE was indeed received?

it took them 3 days to update my status. They receive their mail in PO BOX and all of that mail then has to be scanned and processed

I sent my RFE (birth certificate) in October and they just marked it received May 1st. it was to NBC. don’t worry they received it… this is normal. give it some time even if it’s the r field office

@March 2023 How long did it take the mail to get to you from the day you got an update that an RFE was sent?

@March 2023 Your tracking number should indicate that it’s been delivered and who signed for it

@Rocco Forté The tracking shows Delivered Dock at 10am, but anyways I got status updated to Response to RFE received.

@Ola Ola I think that’s normal from what I have seen for other people on this App they all received their RFE notice in mail in 9 days to couple weeks.
