My mom filed I-130 ( for umarried child over 21 years old) for me on May 2020 and on Nov 2023 it said my case is being actively reviewed along with the processing time of 5 months until decision. It's now on "2weeks" until decison but I have heard some people said I should not count on USCIS's my progress. Is it true? Does anyone know when will my case got approved? I already in US right now under F1 visa.

Would be helpful if I do a E REQUEST for usics deleyed to take final decision on my case? 🤔or jus wait by their time? I saw an article saying if you got 90 days after RFE and you still got no response you should call or e request I already ask for help to WH and lawyer is useless what yall suggest based by your experience or going through the same BS

Green Card is being mailed 🎉
On March 12th I got the approval notice and just yesterday March 23rd I got the update that my green card was finally mailed. As I look back into this journey I think of all the things I had to go through to finally get to this point. If you’re still going through it, hang in there! there’s light at the end of the tunnel!
I’m grateful for this app and this community and I hope you get what you wish for! As for now, I am deleting this app from my phone as I will no longer need it and I am so happy about it! Good luck to y’all 🇺🇸

Has anyone ever not receive their RFE notice? I think my post office has lost my letter twice. I’ve submitted a claim to USPS but I still haven’t received the letter. I don’t know what the deadline is. I don’t know what information I need to send and I can’t seem to get a live person on the phone from USCIS. Can anyone help me?
