They will go back in next month visa bulletin and again go forward in October visa bulletin.So eventually it won’t change in October visa bulletin.

@Alex brown I think the retrogression will be only for EB3 and not for EB3 Unskilled

@Alex brown They did make big changes for new fiscal year in October 2022 from April 2019 to January 2020 which is 8 months advanced, If they are able to do the same, we would get June 2021 in October 2024

@Y A if they can issue 8-9k gc a year for us, after 2 years backlogs, even advance 1 year is not cheating

@T N vb not moving means their each month qouta has been exceeding on each mth basis. so why would u expect 1yrs movement. next oct we will find out how much of backlog is resolved but ain’t no way gonna move whole yr.

@Y A Do you notice that every time USCIS stop at somewhere too long they usually advance big, they stop for the whole 9 months

2023 they advance 12 months from April 2019 to May 2020. 2024 looks like they gonna advance from May 2020-November 2020 which is 6 months. During 2023-2024 they also work on most backlogged cases so if all of them are issued I believe 2021 is the next in line soon.

@T N it is good then but i don’t think they and issue much visa to ppls from 2021 to advance quickly. 18k consulate only case till nov 2021 is lot. even eb3 and eb2 are about to retrogress because i bet they used all family spillover visas and starting next year i dont think ebs are getting much spillover like before case in covid they couldn’t use family visas. so 140k eb will not fullfil eb demand. i hope our category dont get affected by this.

@Y A our category never get over 10k so it doesn’t matter

@T N yes uscis are known for issueing around 4-5-6k visa for eb3 other works. hope they don’t use ours. look into past datas. 2017-2016 2018-2019

@Y A I think they issue 4-5-6k because each year there just around 3-4-5k I-140 issued, now retrogression I think they would use all of the visa to get out of the backlogs

plus, bulletins change constantly so why do people keep basing their hope on past trends/movements ? future bulletins are not gonna be similar to what happened 2-3 years ago as there is no concrete pattern.

y'all gotta be realistic. It either slightly moves or stays the same for October given the current data and stats.
