Why is the NVC so slow lately? I sent an expedite request last month, it was sent to my embassy and in 24 hrs they told me my embassies response. It has now been two business days (5 actual days) and nothing from nvc now with this expedite.

I-485 Interview Waived

I filed my I-485 on April,7th 2023. My I-485 interview was waived on 18th April,2023. It’s been almost a year since my application status changed to case is still actively being reviewed and my application has not been approved yet! Any suggestions?

I’m an asylee, I got the green card, I’m Colombian and I’m waiting for my second refugee travel document. I would like to know where can I travel with or without visa. I went already to Mexico, Curazao and Panama. what about Spain, Italy, France, Greece? Thank you!

NOID Medical Reference

I received a medical Rfe from USCIS before decision on my case. I had it done, mailed the doctor's sealed envelope and then uploaded a copy online. Now the mailed one is yet to get to USCIS but the uploaded one has been reviewed and NOID been issued saying what I uploaded isn't complete and so I should get a completed one. Any advice or concerns
