CASE TRANSFERRED TO NEWARK FO
I learned today through Emma that my case was transferred from Potomac SC to Newark FO, sometime in January without any notice. Has anyone had a similar movement with their case? Is this a good sign, and what should I expect as the next action step, and for how long? TIA🙏
I-551 Temporary Stamp
Has anyone here ever used the I-551 temporary stamp for travel while waiting for their physical green card to be received? My case was approved on December 30, 2023, but I have not yet received my physical green card. I am planning to apply for the temporary stamp so that I can attend my son's graduation back home.
I really need to go home for this important event, but I am a bit worried about potential issues with immigration when coming back. Can anyone share their experience with using the temporary stamp for travel?

Interview canceled after we arrived at USCIS field office
so i got interview scheduled notice 6 weeks ago, today we went for the interview in the field office. our interview was at 1 pm. we and out lawyer waited for 20 mins. After 20 mins officer came and told us that they cannot take interview today because they didn’t received the filed yet. How is that possible??? This crazy.
Now what??? Any experience

Medical RFE | EB1 C India
Hi Folks,
I just received medical RFE. Interestingly, I had submitted the application concurrently along with medical docs in Jun 23 so seems they may have lost the files. Other theory is my doctor may have messed up indicating the correct response for Hepatitis B. I am yet to receive my partners RFE.
Does the dependent RFE follow the primary one? I am thinking of filing each individually as I am unsure on when will we receive her RFE.
I am also also thinking to not investigate this further and simply submit new medicals.
